Please allow 3-5 days for your order to ship as all our products are handmade and hand poured to order. All orders ship via UPS, unless otherwise specified, so please provide a correct physical ship-to address. Shipping costs will be determined at the time of shipping. We reserve the right to use other carriers on any shipment. We do not ship international orders at this time.
Please be careful to enter your correct physical shipping address when you place your order. If the carrier returns the shipment to us, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.
We thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully before we send them your way. However, we understand that things can happen during the delivery process. Please check your order carefully upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipping. If something is not right, please call us at 770-765-3072 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt of your order so we can rectify the situation. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened and in its original packaging. We only accept returns in the case of defective or damaged merchandise. We will pay return shipping costs for all damaged/defective products. All other return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. With your return, please include your full name, email address, phone number, a copy of your receipt and the reason for your return.
To preserve the quality of our soaps, bath bombs and other bath products you receive, keep away from heat and direct sunlight.
Refunds are issued for damaged and/or defective products. We will notify you when we received your returned item(s). After inspecting the return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
